Cast Consent Addendum

Applies to All Auditionees, Performers, and Participants in My Mulan Productions

By participating in any My Mulan program, you agree to the following:

1. Use of Name, Image, and Likeness

You grant My Mulan the right to photograph, film, and record you in connection with our productions. These materials may be used in promotional, archival, and commercial contexts without additional consent or compensation.

2. Data Collection & Safety

Your personal information will be used strictly for operational, safety, casting, and communication purposes. It will be stored securely and only shared with essential team members.

3. Code of Conduct

Participants must uphold a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment. Discrimination, harassment, or unsafe behavior will result in removal from the program.

4. Health and Safety

You confirm that you are physically able to participate and will notify the team of any medical conditions or needs in advance. All minors must have guardian consent.

5. Withdrawal or Termination

Participants may withdraw at any time with notice. My Mulan reserves the right to remove any participant who violates the terms above or disrupts the integrity of the program.
